Good evening everyone, like the intro that appeared before I will express my opinion about the plan of the central government to move the capital city from Jakarta to another city.
Before answering a question with yes or no, I will narrow down the perspective on Information Technology, this is because I am studying in the Information Systems department, widely within the scope of Information Technology.

The first thing that needs to be conveyed is the government's plan that has been formulated and submitted by Bappenas regarding the importance of why the capital needs to be moved.

Today, Indonesia is facing industry 4.0 and digital transformation. These two things
can open opportunities for the digital economy, such as increasing development
transactions through the e-commerce sector in 2025;
And 10 national priorities have been formulated in the face of industry 4.0:

Of course, with a national priority foundation, the transfer of the capital will pay attention to the development of digital infrastructure. E-government is absolute, and is assisted by decision support systems in every ministry. With the existence of so many systems that are also expected to be integrated with each other, an adequate backbone network is needed to reach all cities / districts throughout the national territory.
What I highlight is the development of the Palapa Ring national network which is divided into 3 parts, West, Central and East where all regency cities in Indonesia will be connected 100% in the middle of this year.

Next is the Palapa Ring network:
- If we enlarge the Central Kalimantan area, submarine cable networks are available to the city beside them, this should be noted about increasing capacity if the center of the state government is moved to the central Kalimantan region. Because this network is very vital in controlling all systems of government and easy access by the public.

Seeing the government's plan mentioned earlier regarding basic infrastructure, I agree with the transfer of this capital city.
